Bottle Shape Profile : Double Wall Plastic Jars

Double Wall Jars are plastic jars that are made out of two plastics shell (inner shell and outer shell), these shells can be made of the same or different plastic resin, common options includes PP inner / PP outer, or PS inner / PP outer. The jars appear larger because of the thickness of the jars. Not only do these jars offer elegance they offer content protection because of their double walls. Double wall jars are offered in both, straight and round base options, perfect for lotions, balms and other cosmetic applications.

Since the double wall jar has a thick wall design, it often sits flush with continuous thread plastic caps, providing a clean package design on the shelf.
