O.Berk is proud to introduce the latest eCommerce dispensing package innovation, designed for the beauty, personal care, and home care markets: the HiFlow E-Commerce High Viscosity Pump. The HiFlow E-Commerce addresses the recent surge in eCommerce concerns about ensuring the product arrives directly to consumers intact and unadulterated during shipping.

The pump's showerproof design reduces water entry and features a metal-free pathway from the dip-tube to the orifice, maintaining the integrity of your product formula. The down-locking system prevents your product from actuating while in transit. In addition to the down-locking, the actuator and closure are specifically designed to combat product distribution challenges: unintentional actuation, product damage, and increased overpacking costs.

The HiFlow E-Commerce design eliminates the need for shrink bands, plastic zip-lock bags, and tear-away bands, often required by eCommerce distributors such as Amazon. By removing the additional overpacking, you're removing the extra costs associated. This pump has been tested extensively and is ISTA-6 Overbox Testing Qualified - test results may vary based on final formula and packaging size.

This innovative eCommerce pump is capable of dispensing an output of 4cc per actuation. The HiFlow E-Commerce is ideal for products such as shampoos, conditioners, therapeutic lotions, and hand-cleansers.

The HiFlow E-Commerce High Viscosity Pump is available in black and white with custom colors available. Minimum order quantities begin at 25,000 and may increase with additional customizations.
