Demand for child-resistant (CR) packaging continues to grow along with the need for new CR technology. The Convertible Child-Resistant Closure is O.Berk's solution to satisfy those demands. We are introducing a closure that converts from a protective CRC to a standard continuous thread (CT) closure from a single gesture - in a snap! The Convertible is constructed from two PP components, standard CT and outer rib side ring assembly, creating a uniquely designed CR capable closure with a 38-400 neck finish. The closure's design sets it apart from the competition with the added ability to press from the top of the cap, disengaging child-resistant features to convert to a Continuous Thread (CT). The reverse action of pressing from the inside of the cap will re-engage all CR features. Successful engagement is followed by an audible snap, ensuring the desired conversion.

The Convertible CRC is positioned to provide solutions for cannabis-infused carbonated and non-carbonated beverages. When paired with the SureSeal foam liner, this closure can ensure safety and product integrity in an industry that has those requirements. The Convertible CRC closure is well suited for Nutraceutical, Chemical Industrial, and Personal Care applications.

Custom options are available, including label application and embossed text or pictorial closure tops. Custom colors and 16 standard colors are available to distinguish your product line further. Minimum order quantities begin at 100,000 for black and white, unlined.
