The ART850 PP Dispensing Flip Top Cap is produced with bi-injection moulding, allowing for 2 different color resins to be moulded into one piece, eliminating the need for assembling the components. Bi-injection moulding offers a unique opportunity to differentiate your brand on shelf or in ecommerce environments with a stock closure. Over 350 stock colors are readily available along with the option to match to PMS.

The ART850 was designed for ease of use and visual appeal in the personal care market. The ergonomic design makes it easy to open and close even when used to dispense products in the shower with one hand. The double-wall closure was designed for cylinders and tottle bottles with a 24-410 neck finish and 50mm diameter for a flush fit.

This unique closure is offered in two orifice sizes: 2.5mm, particularly suitable for products like micellar water, or 6mm, ideal for more viscous products, such as lotions, shampoos and conditioners.
