O.Berk's latest fine mist sprayers combine the luxury aesthetic associated with prestige dispensing packages with the added benefit of being able to distribute gel-based products in a fine mist spray.

The Panache Pulse fine mist sprayer delivers extremely thin droplets, creating an airy mist that quickly dries once applied, enhancing the application experience and allowing for a more even distribution of product without the mess of having to touch and apply the product by hand. Of course, if the customer desires, they can spray the product up close for a more concentrated treatment level applied to a targeted area.

This family of sprayers is available in smooth side PP 20-410 and 22-410 neck finishes. Metal overshell continuous thread (CT) closures are available in gold and silver in 18-400, 22-410 neck finishes. The airy mist delivered by the Panache line of sprayers outputs 130mcl per actuation with an average droplet size of 40mcl. Depending on your application, multiple spray pattern angles are available: 30°, 40°, and 60°.

The Panache Pulse is compatible with various gel-based personal care product formulas, ideal for facial moisturizers and treatments, cooling gels, hair products, sanitizers, and sun care.

Various levels of viscosity, up to 50cP can be applied with the Panache Pulse line of sprayers. We recommend compatibility testing with your exact formulation to ensure the best actuator pairing and are happy to guide you through this process.

Minimum order quantities for plastic sprayers are 10,000 and starting at 50,000 for gold and metal overshell. Lead-times for these sprayers can start as low as six weeks.
