Our exclusive production facility specializes in custom molded Heavy Wall PET for the Beauty and Personal Care industry. Short lead times on custom tooling and in-house decoration capabilities mean not sacrificing speed to market for elevated presentation on shelf. Heavy Wall PET has the look and feel of glass without the breakage risks associated with transport, decoration and after-market consumer issues.

O.Berk's Heavy Wall PET Cylinders come in 7 sizes with two distinct neck finishes. The 15ml, 30ml and the 50ml cylinders come in a 20-410 neck finish. The 100ml, 150ml, and 200ml cylinders come in a 24-410 neck finish. All containers are available with a minimum order quantity of 25M in standard clear with custom colors available.

Complete the package and pair a double-wall 24-410 stock white cap, specifically designed for the 100 heavy wall cylinder. The double-wall 24-410 stock white cap is also compatible with the 150 and 200ml cylinders. Further enhance your package with a push in orifice reducer available in 0.3mm and 0.5mm orifice sizes with high compatibility for lower viscosities. Full coverage hot-stamping is available for the cap for the look and feel of metallization or a overshell.
