Introducing a complete family of 3 ranges of highly customizable oral dosing syringes and packaging enhancement accessories for liquid medicine or supplement. Choose your capacity, color, and dosing measurement mechanism preference, then pair with compatible accessories for a complete oral dosing solution.

The The Classic Oral Dosing Syringe line is the largest in this collective - consisting of 11 devices ranging from 0.3ml up to 10ml in dosage. The PS print friendly plunger helps to avoid contact between the ink and formulation and is assembled with a PE barrel.

The Advanced Oral Dosing Syringes consist of a print friendly PE plunger and/or PP barrel component. Printing can be done whether on the plunger or barrel. When done on the plunger, there’s no ink contact with the medicine or the patient’s mouth. The Advanced line is made of two 5ml dosing syringes and two 10ml dosing syringes with varying tips.

The Evolution Oral Dosing Syringes offer a print friendly surface for the PE plunger and barrel in PP in three sizes: 1ml, 2ml and 5ml. The black O-ring sets apart this line from the rest with its emphasis on accurate dosing. The O-ring provides a more accurate reading of the dosage drawn when aligned next to the desired measurement on the exterior barrel.

Take advantage of personalizing the plunger and scale to accurately represent your dosage and guide the consumer on treatment. Add additional guidance and branding with the ability to print the medicine’s name on the dosing syringe or color match the plunger to correspond to the product color. Press-In Bottle Adapter

For the smaller, more precise syringe offerings with shorter tips and narrow barrels the Press-In Bottle Adapter (PIBA) accessory is available for easy product extraction. This component assists in reducing the risk of product contamination, ensuring cleanliness outside of the syringe and optimizing packaging space regardless of the size of the bottle. The PIBA is offered in a PP28mm neck finish, compatible with 28mm neck glass containers and a DIN18mm, compatible with DIN18mm neck container. MOQs starting at 10,000.

Syringe Wiper

The Syringe Wiper offers ease of use by allowing the syringe to be inserted into the bottle and removed without any product residue remaining on the outside of the syringe. Product can be easily extracted without the removal of the closure. The syringe remains inserted to prevent device misplacement and product cross-contamination. This accessory is specifically designed for the Classic family of oral dosing syringes. MOQs for this accessory will align with those of the Classic line of oral dispensing syringe selected for order.

Syringe Holder

The Syringe Holder offers easy positioning on plastic or glass containers and prevents syringe misplacement. The holder is compatible with most of the Classic, Advanced, and Evolution line of oral dosing syringes with MOQs starting at 10,000.
