O.Berk’s packaging innovation teams never cease to think outside of the box, literally. Introducing a versatile solution that combines easy storage, easy transport, and expedited access to product for end use lies within a simple cube, the VersaCube.

When the O.Berk team envisioned the VersaCube, the goal was simple: to streamline the shipping, packing and dispensing process for bulk use food and personal care products for the restaurant and spa/salon space. With this innovation, dispensing, refill and distribution of products from condiments to hand sanitizer is simplified from transport to the stock shelves.

The VersaCube is the ideal complete package, the 12 x 12 x 13 corrugated box features die-cut tap openings and a carry handle for easy transport. The cube houses a 5-gallon HDPE tight-head container with a 38-400 tamper-evident neck finish and vent opening, lending itself to many compatible dispensing tap options. This container is also ideal for dispensing pumps and special fitments that can be used for different fill applications.

The simple design and sturdy construction are optimized for maximum durability and stacking strength. The square cube design allows for efficient stacking on 48 x 40 pallet configurations. The housing of an HDPE container inside a corrugated box means less time spent unpacking and less waste to discard when the package reaches it’s destination.

This container is designed for food, cleaning solutions, medical diagnostics, and pharmaceutical applications. There are decorating and graphic customization options that can be incorporated in the molding process or printed on the box.

Minimum order quantities are available as low as 1 pallet, 84 containers, with short lead times.
